We are helping one of our clients, a regional government organization, with their search for a contract Software Developer to support feature updates and system customizations to their OpenText-based Content Management System.
Location: Washington State – Remote
Duration: Approximately 6 months (possible extensions up to one year)
Compensation: $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
Additional Compensation: This position is not eligible for bonus or incentive compensation.

Summary
We are seeking experienced Senior Full Stack .NET Developers to join a collaborative enterprise applications team supporting business-critical web applications. This role will focus primarily on enhancing and modernizing applications used to track large-scale construction projects while also providing ongoing production support and maintenance.
This is an opportunity to work on meaningful enterprise software in a modern Microsoft technology stack while contributing to new feature development and long-term application improvements.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using C#/.NET and Angular
- Build new features and enhancements for business-critical applications (approximately 80% new development / 20% maintenance & production support)
- Develop and maintain RESTful Web APIs
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term solutions
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- Support modernization efforts across legacy Angular applications
- Build and maintain SQL Server database components as needed
- Work within an Agile development environment
Required Qualifications
- 7 years of professional software development experience
- Strong experience developing applications with C# and .NET
- Experience building modern web applications using Angular
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful Web APIs
- Strong SQL Server development experience, including writing and optimizing queries
- Experience working across the full application stack
- Ability to independently design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise applications
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure Logic Apps
- Experience with Bicep (Infrastructure as Code)
- Experience deploying and supporting applications in Microsoft Azure
- Experience working with legacy enterprise applications and modernization initiatives
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams
