Location: Kirkland, WA. On-site, full-time.
Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 annually, plus discretionary annual bonus

SUMMARY:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own the guest and visitor experience from arrival through departure, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring a professional, welcoming environment at all times.
- Manage meeting room readiness across the day, including resets, restocking, and light setup and breakdown for gatherings of all sizes.
- Maintain all kitchen areas and office common spaces in a consistently clean, stocked, and organized state, including routine grocery runs and restocking.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including labeling and courier coordination.
- Partner with administrative staff to support meeting logistics and ensure operational continuity throughout the workday.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and respond to day-to-day office needs with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 or more years of experience in office support, hospitality, workplace services, or a related service-oriented field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional, approachable presence.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Dependable and self-directed, with a track record of following through without prompting.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfort working with standard workplace tools and systems.
- Ability to pass a detailed background check.

- Experience supporting executive-level staff or working in a high-discretion environment.
- Familiarity with catering coordination or event support.
- Prior experience in a small, tight-knit team where flexibility and initiative were essential.
