- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive financial performance.
- Conduct regular financial analysis to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management and stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience as a Director of Finance or similar role. Has experence in manufacturing accounting.
- Strong knowledge of business development, cost management, risk management, technical accounting, regulatory reporting, financial report writing, investment management, financial concepts, cost accounting, and GAAP.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
