Sr. Accounting & Finance Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Accounting & Finance Specialist to support a wide range of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and operational finance activities. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy, compliance with company policies, and effective financial planning processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plant’s monthly closing leads
• Plant’s profitability and program’s financial review including gate review support
• Plays key role in the preparation of analytical reports and tools
• Regularly communicates with teams regarding expectations for preparation and review of budgets, forecasts, and actual results relative to expectations.
• Prepares accurate reporting of variances and works with department managers to develop accurate internal reporting.
• Performs ad hoc core financial analysis and reporting responsibilities to support internal initiatives and projects focusing on driving efficiency and transparency
• Supports the finance related project, task such as inventory optimization, cost saving, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a preference for a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics and/or equivalent work experience
• 5-10 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong grasp of Microsoft Office applications with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and perform in a deadline driven environment
• Bilingual (English & Korean)

Special Requirements (i.e., Overtime, Travel, etc.)

• Work with International team
• Overtime is required as needed
