Job Description: We are hiring experienced and motivated Concrete Construction Workers to join our team for commercial and industrial projects, including foundations, slabs, and more. We have all levels of positions to fill from general labors to Project Managers. If you’re passionate about concrete construction and ready to grow with a dynamic company, we want you on our team!
Responsibilities:
- Form, pour, and finish concrete for commercial and industrial projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
- Safely operate tools and equipment.
- Work collaboratively to deliver high-quality results.
- Maintain a safe and clean job site.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in concrete construction, preferably in commercial/industrial settings.
- Proficiency in concrete forming, pouring, and finishing techniques.
- Ability to read blueprints and use construction tools/equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
