Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher who is highly skilled in placing and finishing concrete, setting forms, and performing all related labor. This role involves both commercial and residential projects and requires the ability to prepare sites, form, grade, pour, and finish concrete to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Place, finish, and cure concrete to high-quality standards on commercial and residential projects
- Set and strip forms accurately
- Perform grading and site preparation for pours
- Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Operate power trowels, screeds, and other finishing equipment (major plus)
- Perform all associated concrete labor, including forming, grading, and cleanup
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Follow all company safety policies and best practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a skilled concrete finisher (placing, finishing, and form setting required)
- Ability to read construction plans preferred
- Experience running power trowels and other finishing machines is a major plus
- Comfortable working on both commercial and residential projects
- Physically able to perform demanding outdoor labor in various weather conditions
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
- Valid driver’s license preferred
