Job Description
JLB Concrete is looking for an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our growing team. We work year-round on residential and commercial concrete projects and are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up ready to work, and wants to be part of a dependable crew.
Responsibilities
- Finish concrete to a high standard
- Set forms, screed, edge, broom, and trowel concrete
- Read grade and maintain proper slopes
- Work safely and efficiently with the crew
- Operate hand and power tools
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
Requirements
- Previous concrete finishing experience is required
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation to work
- Must be dependable and arrive on time every day
- Ability to work long hours when needed
- Able to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
