Part Time Greeter Receptionist - Car Dealership- Hanna Imports Raleigh, NC

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Guest Services Ambassador to join our growing team! As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll set the tone for a welcoming and positive experience. If you have a big smile, love helping people, and thrive in a busy environment, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers with warmth and help them find the right person or department.

• Enter basic customer information into the dealership’s sales system.

• Answer simple questions and hand out brochures.

• Keep the waiting area clean, comfortable, and well-stocked.

• Assist with light clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and sorting mail.

• Be a friendly, professional presence for everyone who visits.

What We’re Looking For

• Outgoing and approachable with excellent people skills.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable multitasking.

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Suite).

• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.

• Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Able to pass background and drug screenings.

Schedule

• Evening shifts with alternating Saturday availability

• Potential holiday availability as needed
