BDC REPRESENTATIVE RALEIGH

 Full-Time | $15 hour Commission 

Salary 40k-50k annually

Hanna Imports, a high-volume premier auto group, is seeking energetic and motivated professionals to join our growing Business Development Center (BDC) team!

No direct experience? No problem! We value experience in Automotive BDC, Call Centers, Appointment Setting, Timeshare, Home Improvement, or Fundraising — but we provide full training for the right candidates!

What You’ll Do:

Set and confirm appointments with prospective buyers

Follow up with leads via phone, email, and CRM

Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure satisfaction

Help connect customers to the appropriate departments

Maintain accurate records and update client information

What We’re Looking For:

Outgoing personality and strong communication skills

Highly organized with excellent follow-through

Basic computer skills and CRM experience a plus

High school diploma or GED required

Must pass background check, DMV, and drug screening

Other Qualifications:

• Automotive experience preferred, but not required
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven customer service and/or sales experience; BDC/internet automotive experience is a plus
• Verifiable work history
• Must pass pre-employment background, DMV, and drug testing
