What You’ll Do
Canvas residential neighborhoods and generate new business
Speak directly with homeowners and identify service needs
Provide on-the-spot estimates and close deals
Build trust and represent the Surv brand professionally
Track daily activity (doors knocked, conversations, jobs sold)
Hit and exceed weekly revenue targets
Compensation (Uncapped Earnings)
Base Pay
$75/day (activity-based stipend)
Commission Structure (Tiered Accelerator)
Earn more as you perform more:
Weekly Revenue Sold Commission Rate:
$0 – $3,000 =>10%
$3,001 – $6,000=>12%
$6,001 – $10,000=>15%
$10,000=> 18%
Weekly Performance Bonuses
$250 bonus at $7,500/week sold
$500 bonus at $10,000/week sold
Realistic Earnings
Average Rep: ~$800–$1,000/week
Top Performers: $1,800–$2,500 /week ($80K–$100K )
30-Day Probationary Period (Performance-Based)
This is a results-driven role. Clear expectations are set from day one.
Revenue Quota (First 30 Days)
Must generate $15,000–$20,000 in closed revenue
Weekly Milestones
Week 1–2: Training Ramp
Ride-alongs and pitch development
Minimum expectations:
50 doors/day
10 homeowner conversations/day
2–3 estimates/day
Week 3–4: Independent Selling
Fully in the field, closing deals
Minimum expectations:
50 doors/day
10–15 conversations/day
3–5 estimates/day
Consistent deal closures
Pass / Fail Criteria
To continue after 30 days, you must:
Hit $15K–$20K in total closed revenue
Show consistent daily activity and pipeline
Demonstrate professionalism and closing ability
Candidates who do not meet these benchmarks will not move forward.
