Hand N Hand Home Healthcare is looking for compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to support clients throughout Campbell County. If you enjoy independent work, rural home‑care, and building long‑term client relationships, this role is a strong fit.
About the Role
You’ll provide skilled nursing care in clients’ homes—often supporting individuals who prefer to remain in their own communities rather than travel to Knoxville or Oak Ridge for care. You’ll work closely with RN Case Managers and caregivers to keep clients safe, stable, and comfortable.
Key Responsibilities

Complete skilled nursing assessments and follow individualized care plans

Administer medications and treatments

Document visits clearly and promptly

Communicate changes in condition to the RN Case Manager

Build trust with clients and families in rural home settings
Qualifications

Active Tennessee LPN license

1 year of nursing experience preferred

Strong assessment and documentation skills

Comfortable working independently in home environments

Home‑health experience is helpful but not required
