What You'll Do

• Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing New Vehicle Sales team.
• Drive sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit and mentor future sales leaders.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement winning strategies.
• Manage inventory, pricing, and manufacturer programs to maximize results.
• Partner with dealership leadership to achieve aggressive growth goals.
• Create an energetic, accountable, and customer-focused sales culture.

What Makes You Successful

• Proven automotive sales management experience.
• A track record of growing sales, developing people, and driving profitability.
• Natural leadership ability with a passion for coaching others.
• Competitive mindset with a commitment to winning the right way.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of dealership operations.
• Experience with CRM systems, digital retailing, and performance reporting.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and hair follicle drug screening.
