Acura of Orange Park is seeking an ambitious, customer-focused Acura Upgrade Specialist to join our growing team.

Unlike a traditional sales role, the Acura Upgrade Specialist works directly with service customers and utilizes industry-leading technology platforms to identify upgrade opportunities and deliver an exceptional ownership experience.

What You'll Do

Engage with Acura owners during their service visits

Conduct vehicle appraisals and trade evaluations

Assist customers with vehicle upgrade opportunities

Work closely with the service department to identify qualified prospects

Utilize AutoHub to identify equity and upgrade opportunities
-
Leverage Fullpath marketing and customer data tools to prospect existing owners
-
Contact lease customers approaching maturity
-
Follow up with previous customers and service clients
-
Schedule appointments and coordinate showroom visits
-
Build long-term customer relationships and increase owner retention
-
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activity

Qualifications

Previous automotive sales experience preferred

Previous automotive management experience preferred
-
Service advisor, finance manager, sales consultant, sales manager, or customer retention experience is a plus
-
Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Professional appearance and demeanor
-
Self-motivated with a positive attitude

Comfortable working with technology and CRM systems

Ability to build trust and provide exceptional customer service

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background & hair follicle drug test).
