We are seeking an experienced Retail Risk Product Owner to lead the development of a Loss Forecast Platform supporting CCAR and internal risk processes. This role bridges business, risk, and technology teams to deliver a scalable and compliant solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business and regulatory goals
- Translate requirements into user stories and manage product backlog
- Act as liaison between Risk, Finance, and Technology teams
- Drive Agile delivery and participate in sprint ceremonies
- Support UAT and ensure quality delivery
- Collaborate with model teams to integrate loss forecasting models
- Communicate updates, risks, and progress to stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement using data-driven insights
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Retail Credit Risk & CCAR/DFAST/CECL
- Knowledge of risk models (PD, LGD, EAD)
- Experience in Agile product management
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Qualifications
- 10 years in Product Management/Business Analysis in Financial Services
- Proven experience delivering complex platforms in Agile environments
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
