Job Description:
- The Product Leader will be responsible for the strategy, design, development, and delivery of AI and digital solutions across Enterprise.
- This role will manage initiatives from ideation through scaling, ensuring successful adoption and measurable business outcomes.
- You will collaborate closely with business leaders and product owners to define product roadmaps, align AI and digital capabilities with strategic priorities, and oversee cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, innovative solutions that transform systems, platforms, and client-facing products.
- We will count on you to:Partner with business and product leaders to shape the AI and digital product vision, define key use cases, and prioritize strategic initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Own the full product lifecycle, from concept through execution, ensuring all products are practical, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and drive the AI and Data strategy, collaborating with technical teams to integrate AI, machine learning, automation, and digital technologies into existing products and operations.
- Oversee the integration and management of both structured and unstructured data into AI models and digital solutions, ensuring data quality, governance, and compliance standards are met.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with business and product owner leaders, acting as a primary liaison between the Data & Digital team and business units to ensure clear communication, prioritization, and collaboration.
- Lead the execution of AI and digital initiatives, coordinating across teams to manage resources, timelines, and dependencies, while monitoring KPIs and establishing feedback loops to continuously optimize solutions.
- Ensure all AI and digital deployments are ethical, responsible, and compliant with security, privacy, and regulatory standards, managing risks related to data security, model explain ability, and platform reliability.
- What you need to have: 8–12 years of experience in AI product ownership, digital product leadership, or enterprise technology innovation.
- Proven track record of delivering AI and digital solutions at scale within complex environments.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, digital platforms, data architecture, and product design.
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across multiple business functions
