Duties
- Prepare and serve breakfast items with precision, ensuring quality and presentation meet established standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of breakfast areas, including tables, counters, and kitchen stations
- Replenish supplies such as food, beverages, utensils, and linens to ensure smooth service flow
- Assist with light food preparation tasks, including cutting, assembling, and garnishing dishes
- Ensure adherence to food safety protocols and proper handling of all food items
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service to guests, addressing their needs promptly and courteously
- Perform housekeeping duties such as changing linens, cleaning guest areas, and restocking supplies to uphold hygiene standards
Requirements
- Prior experience in fine dining or food industry settings is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Experience serving guests in restaurants or catering environments
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations
- Previous banquet or catering experience is a plus
- Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is beneficial
- Ability to handle food safely and maintain cleanliness in compliance with health standards
- Hospitality background or dietary aide experience preferred for understanding guest needs
