Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Maintenance at our Middleburg, FL location. The Head of Maintenance will oversee the property's maintenance operations, including planning and executing preventive maintenance tasks, performing repairs, and implementing maintenance management strategies to ensure the smooth operation of all hotel facilities. They will also lead and manage a team of maintenance staff, ensuring high performance, safety compliance, and timely issue resolution.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair
- Strong skills in Maintenance Management and general Maintenance operations
- Demonstrated experience in Team Management and staff leadership
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical or mechanical issues efficiently
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory compliance in facilities management is an asset
- Previous experience in a hospitality setting is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or relevant education is an advantage
