Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up breakfast stations with a variety of fresh food items, beverages, and condiments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment.
- Replenish food supplies and ensure all items are fresh, appealing, and available throughout service hours.
- Greet guests warmly, answer questions about breakfast offerings, and assist with special dietary requests when needed.
- Monitor food safety standards and adhere to health regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Restock supplies such as utensils, napkins, cups, and condiments to keep the area fully equipped at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service flow and a positive guest experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies or cleaning.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness, safety, and presentation.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
- Ability to work early weekends. This is a Saturday and Sunday shift. 7am until 11am.
