Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant General Manager at the Hampton property located in Juno Beach, FL. The Assistant General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain high standards of hospitality and service. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing budgets, maintaining operational efficiency, and assisting in the implementation of company policies and procedures. Collaboration with department heads to support an exceptional guest experience and drive financial performance is also expected.
