Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Part-Time Head Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality are maintained across our facility. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to ensure all areas are spotless, organized, and welcoming
• Lead cleaning efforts including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, window washing, and surface sanitation using industry-standard techniques
• Oversee floor care procedures such as polishing, waxing, stripping, and buffing to maintain pristine flooring surfaces
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff on cleaning protocols, safety procedures, and customer service standards
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor quality control and address any deficiencies promptly
• Collaborate with other departments to schedule cleaning routines around occupancy levels and special events

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning services, janitorial work, or custodial roles within hospitality or industrial settings
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including polishing, waxing, stripping, and buffing
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable
• Demonstrated leadership skills in managing housekeeping teams or supervisory roles
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and safety protocols
• Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Ability to work part-time hours with flexibility to accommodate busy schedules
