Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide efficient check-in and check-out services with a friendly demeanor
• Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and handle reservations with professionalism and clarity
• Assist guests with their needs, including room changes, special requests, and providing local information to enhance their stay
• Maintain accurate records through night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management
• Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly, demonstrating excellent guest relations skills to resolve issues effectively
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared and issues are addressed swiftly
• Uphold hotel policies and procedures related to guest safety, confidentiality, and service standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality setting
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued
• Knowledge of hospitality management systems, night audit procedures, and hotel management software
• Exceptional phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work second shift hours reliably while maintaining high energy levels and positive attitude
• Familiarity with guest services, hotel operations, and hospitality best practices
• Previous experience in guest relations or hotel experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
