We are seeking an experienced and motivated Hotel General Manager to oversee the daily operations at our Hampton Inn Ephrata. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for hospitality, exceptional guest service, team development, and operational excellence. This role is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, maximizing profitability, and maintaining high standards across all departments.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services
- Lead, train, and develop staff to ensure outstanding guest experiences
- Manage budgets, labor costs, financial reporting, and operational expenses
- Implement revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy and room revenue
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company policies
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and quality standards
- Collaborate with sales and marketing efforts to promote hotel services and drive bookings
- Supervise night audit procedures and ensure accurate financial reconciliation
- Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of Hotel General Manager experience required
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, budgeting, and revenue management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and improve guest satisfaction
- Experience managing teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Resort or beach property experience preferred but not required
