Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team. The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing excellent guest service while handling check-ins, check-outs, reservations, payments, guest requests, and other front desk responsibilities.
The ideal candidate is professional, reliable, comfortable working independently, and able to remain calm and helpful in a fast-paced hotel environment.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional customer service
- Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately
- Handle reservations, cancellations, modifications, and guest inquiries
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
- Answer phones and respond to guest questions and requests
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Follow hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards
- Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality
- Complete required paperwork, reports, and front desk tasks
- Assist with other hotel duties as needed
Requirements:
- Must be reliable and dependable
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Must be available and willing to work all shifts, including morning, evening, and overnight shifts
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Schedule Flexibility Is Required:
This position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule and rotate between shifts based on hotel staffing needs. Applicants must be comfortable working mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: From $11.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
