Hampton Inn Muskegon by Hilton is seeking a Friendly and Professional Front Desk Night Auditor to join our 25-person strong team. We are located on 1401 E. Ellis Rd. Our ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The position is crucial in creating memorable experiences for travelers and requires strong communication skills, attention to detail and a passion for being hospitable. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently and accurately.
- Run Nightly Audit reports (simple and easy task)
- Handle guests inquiry, requests and complaints in a timely manner, ensuring guests satisfaction.
- Process reservations and manage room assignments using hotel management property system.
- Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guests experiences.
- Must be able to work graveyard shift.
Qualifications
- Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled employees and guests.
- Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments, as well as be ON TIME.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers and make it right!
- Good communication skills with customers
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs if needed
- Flexible with schedule able to work 2nd shift (3p-11p) and third shift (11p-7a)
