Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience
• Manage guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently using hotel management software
• Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette.
• Assist guests with their needs, including room assignments, special requests, and local information
• Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards
• Process payments securely and accurately while adhering to hotel policies

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
• Experience with front desk operations helpful but we will train.
• Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal interactions
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and courtesy
