Head Housekeeper

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Head Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team in delivering exceptional cleanliness and comfort across our hospitality facilities. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and quality control measures aligned with industry best practices.
• Oversee daily cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, laundry, bathroom sanitation, and floor care across all guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement to ensure operational efficiency.
• Train new staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service expectations.
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleanliness standards, identify areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies that enhance guest satisfaction through impeccable cleanliness and service delivery.

Experience

• Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or a similar hospitality environment with a strong background in janitorial or custodial roles.
• Extensive knowledge of cleaning techniques including industrial cleaning methods and floor care procedures.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards, safety regulations, and OSHA guidelines related to industrial cleaning.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, manage schedules, and handle operational challenges effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness records and inventory management.
