Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces by sweeping, mopping, disinfecting, and restocking supplies.
• Handle laundry duties efficiently by washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels according to established standards.
• Conduct floor care tasks such as buffing, waxing, and deep cleaning carpets to preserve the appearance and safety of all flooring surfaces.
• Restock amenities like toiletries, towels, and other supplies to meet guest expectations consistently.
• Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Collaborate with team members and management to prioritize tasks and maintain a smooth workflow throughout shifts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles within hospitality or industrial settings is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, surface sanitation, and use of cleaning equipment.
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for delivering excellent service is essential.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
