Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries in a friendly, professional manner
- Manage multi-line phone systems, handle guest requests, and provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions
- Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and efficiently to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and facilities are well-maintained
- Uphold phone etiquette standards while managing reservations, cancellations, and guest communications
- Work independently and collaboratively with team members
Requirements
- Previous hospitality or front desk experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems
- Ability to work full-time evening shifts in a fast-paced environment
- Cash handling experience required
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Must be dependable and able to work both independently and as part of a team
