Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and provides exceptional customer service from check-in to check-out.
- Process guest payments accurately, including cash and credit card transactions.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns professionally.
- Answer questions regarding hotel amenities, policies, and local information.
- Maintain guest privacy and follow hotel safety and security procedures.
- Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and guest-ready.
- Communicate maintenance, housekeeping, and safety concerns to the appropriate departments.
- Represent the hotel in a professional and positive manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
ONQ/PEP Experience preferred but not required.
Hotel Hospitality experience is a plus.
