Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kennebunk, ME. The Front Desk Manager will oversee daily operations at the front desk, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include managing guest reservations, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and supervising front desk staff to maintain high standards of hospitality and efficiency. The role also involves scheduling, training, and supporting the front desk team.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Experience handling Receptionist Duties and Reservations efficiently
- Strong Communication skills with the ability to engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Proficiency in using booking and front desk management systems is a plus
- Leadership and organizational skills to oversee and support the front desk team
- Flexibility and problem-solving abilities to handle unexpected situations effectively
- Previous experience in hospitality management or a related field is an advantage
