- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and courteously, directing calls efficiently to appropriate departments or personnel.
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using digital tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and ensure information integrity.
- Support office management by overseeing supplies inventory, organizing files, and maintaining cleanliness of the reception area.
- Assist with clerical tasks including typing correspondence, managing emails, and supporting customer support inquiries.
- Utilize computer skills to operate office equipment, update databases like QuickBooks for bookkeeping purposes, and perform general administrative duties.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or as a receptionist in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively and prioritize responsibilities.
