Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to ensure efficient operations and consistent quality standards
• Lead, motivate, and train housekeeping staff to foster a positive work environment focused on teamwork and excellence
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules, checklists, and procedures aligned with health and safety regulations
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, back-of-house areas, and equipment to uphold cleanliness standards
• Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and linens, ensuring timely replenishment and cost control
• Address guest requests or concerns promptly to enhance overall satisfaction and resolve any issues swiftly
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and uphold the property’s reputation for cleanliness

Requirements

• Proven experience in housekeeping management within a hospitality or similar environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative atmosphere
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail in maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations relevant to hospitality operations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
• Effective communication skills for interacting with staff, guests, and management
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
