Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, such as hotels, residential homes, or commercial establishments. Your attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional customer service will contribute to creating a pleasant and welcoming environment for our clients.
Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Sanitize and disinfect surfaces to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Clean and maintain common areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
- Launder linens and towels as needed
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Restock supplies in designated areas
- Follow established procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials
- Perform floor care duties, including carpet cleaning and floor polishing
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Basic customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
Note: All positions at our company are paid positions. Internship positions are also compensated accordingly.
