Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning, laundry, and sanitation tasks, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met consistently.
- Lead and motivate housekeeping staff through effective team management, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback to foster a positive work environment.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and sanitation protocols to guarantee a safe working environment for all team members.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to uphold cleanliness standards and identify areas for improvement.
