Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and replenishing amenities to ensure a spotless environment.
- Perform floor care tasks such as mopping, sweeping, and polishing to maintain a polished appearance across all areas.
- Restock supplies like toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to ensure rooms are fully equipped for guest needs.
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold safety standards.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to deliver consistent quality and protect guest health.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled to uphold overall cleanliness standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles preferred, but not required as we offer paid training.
- Must be reliable and have the ability to work Weekend, and Holidays.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning.
- Previous hotel or industrial cleaning experience is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering exceptional cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
