Hotel Front Desk Clerk

Overview
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Clerk to be the welcoming face of our hotel. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and take pride in creating exceptional guest experiences, we want you on our team!

Duties

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a great first impression
• Manage smooth check-ins and check-outs to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Handle reservations using hotel systems and multi-line phone operations
• Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with care and efficiency
• Support night audit procedures, financial reconciliation, and daily reporting
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness, readiness, and quality standards
• Assist with folding laundry, light housekeeping, and cleaning duties when needed
• Ensure every guest feels valued, comfortable, and well taken care of throughout their stay
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette while managing multiple communication channels in a busy environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel front desk or hospitality operations preferred
• Strong customer service and guest relations skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of hotel management systems is a plus
• Night audit experience is an advantage
• Friendly, professional, and solution-oriented attitude
• Multilingual abilities are a bonus

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
