We are seeking a full-time Front Desk Attendant to join our team at Hampton Inn by Hilton in Clarksville, IN. This on-site position entails greeting and assisting guests during check-in and check-out, handling reservations, answering phone calls, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless guest experience. Additional responsibilities include processing payments, managing guest requests, and maintaining an organized, welcoming reception area while providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Strong customer service skills with experience in managing guest relations and ensuring satisfaction
- Proficiency in receptionist duties, including handling check-ins/outs, managing reservations, and maintaining detailed records
