Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Welcome our guest utilizing our brand standards
- Collect and verify a form of payment from guests
- Must be reliable, flexible and have the ability to learn quickly
- Answer the phone in a professional manner
- Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints
- Run various reports
- Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments
Qualifications:
- Attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service, front desk service
- Knowledge of local area is a plus
- Must be a team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to stand a minimum of 6 hours.
