-This person will also support the overall operation of the Hotel based on daily needs.
Summary/Objective:
The Breakfast host position is responsible for:
· Ensuring the buffet line is stocked and replenished as needed
· Warming-up and serving food following Hilton specific guidelines
· Engaging with guests and provide exceptional customer service
· Taking inventory and replenishing stock as needed
Essential Functions:
· Follow food preparation guidelines.
· Maintain cleanliness of dining space and prep the space for the next day’s service
· Have knowledge of, and comply with, all departmental policies/ procedures/standards.
· Make the guest experience exceptional.
