Responsibilities

- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, professionally, and courteously, directing calls or taking messages as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain organized systems—both digital and physical—and perform data entry tasks efficiently using computer literacy skills.
- Support office management duties such as supply inventory, photocopying, proofreading documents, and maintaining cleanliness of the reception area.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries with excellent phone etiquette and offering assistance in multiple languages if bilingual skills are available.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations, including managing schedules and handling administrative requests promptly.
Requirements
- Proven office experience or clerical experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
