Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who loves animals, enjoys helping people, and thrives in a busy environment.
Duties
- Greet clients and pets with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones with a warm greeting and help with questions
- Schedule appointments
- Handle some incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, call backs, and pharmacy prescription call ins
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and knowledge of alphabet to file client files
- Check clients in and out, process payments (cash & card), and handle invoices
- Maintain accurate client and patient records
- Communicate effectively with veterinarians and technical staff
- Basic computer knowledge
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse client needs
- Demonstrated customer service excellence with strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
- Comfortable working around animals of all sizes and temperaments

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
