What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent position at Hampton Inn and Suites?
The Hampton Inn and Suites is looking for a Front Desk Agent. The front desk agent is the first contact many of our hotel guests encounter. It is vital that you be friendly, smiling, and welcoming at all times. The front desk agent must enjoy interacting with guests and helping them make their stay with us exceptional.
Duties include:
Processing guest check-ins and check-outs
Answering multi-line phone system
Making reservations
Handling guest issues
Problem solving
Cleaning/disinfecting
Effective communication with other hotel departments
Professional attitude
Processing payments
You must be comfortable with computers. Previous experience with Marriott's FOSSE property management system is a plus, but not required.
You must be familiar with the surrounding area (Aberdeen, Southern Pines, and Pinehurst), or willing to become familiar quickly.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
