Reports To: Assistant General Manager

What You’ll Do
- Welcome every guest like they’re family — friendly, fast, and full of genuine warmth.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs smoothly and accurately.
- Answer phones with confidence, clarity, and a smile guests can hear.
- Help guests with directions, recommendations, and anything else they need to enjoy their stay.
- Support your teammates across all departments to keep operations running perfectly.
- Promote Hilton Honors and assist guests with loyalty questions.
- Keep the front desk area organized, professional, and always guest-ready.
What You Bring
- A positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability and teamwork.
- Computer and customer service skills (we’ll train you on hotel systems).
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Previous hotel or customer service experience is great, but not required.
