We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our overnight team. This role is key to keeping the hotel running smoothly during late hours — balancing daily financial reports, assisting guests, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. Responsibilities
- Accurately audit and balance the hotel’s daily financial transactions
- Handle overnight front desk duties, including guest check-ins/check-outs
- Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain updated records for reservations, billing, and room status
- Monitor hotel security during overnight hours and report any concerns
- Coordinate with housekeeping or maintenance as needed for guest requests or issues
- Answer phones, take messages, and communicate clearly with staff and guests
- Prepare early morning reports and assist with breakfast area setup as needed
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality, customer service, or night audit experience preferred (will train the right candidate)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and reports
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and stay focused overnight
- Basic computer skills; knowledge of Hilton’s OnQ system a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
