Duties

- Handle phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, providing information as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the hotel.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations is preferred.
