Night Auditor/Front Desk Clerk

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team at our hotel. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as they will enhance our guest relations. This position is for our Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent position with overnight shift(s) and assisting guests with checking in on our 3-11 shift.

Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications using hotel management software.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing accurate information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all phone systems are functioning properly.
• Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay.
• Uphold high standards of customer service by demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.

Experience

• Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
• Familiarity with phone etiquette and proficient use of phone systems is essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
