Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing excellent customer service.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, addressing any issues that may arise during their stay.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
- Operate multi-line phone systems, managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist in managing reservations, cancellations, and modifications through the hotel management system.
- Uphold the highest standards of phone etiquette while communicating with guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Proficiency in using multi-line phone systems and basic computer applications related to hotel operations.
