In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and floor care throughout the facility while providing reliable shuttle services with our hotel van, bringing guests safely to and from the airport. Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and detailed floor care to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas, guest rooms, hallways, and service spaces using proper janitorial and custodial techniques.
• Operate hotel shuttle van safely to transport guests between designated locations, ensuring punctuality and safety at all times.
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage or supplies as needed, providing exceptional hospitality service to guests.
• Conduct routine inspections of common areas to identify maintenance or cleaning needs and report issues promptly.
• Walk guest floors, ensuring all trash is removed and luggage carts are returned to the correct location.
• Support hotel operations by managing light maintenance tasks and ensuring all areas meet health and safety standards.
• Uphold a friendly, professional demeanor when interacting with guests and team members, embodying the Hilton spirit.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel or hospitality experience is highly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating shuttle or industrial vehicles is a plus.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning.
• Strong understanding of hospitality standards and customer service principles.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties and operate vehicles throughout shifts; ability to lift heavy objects when necessary.
• Willingness to cross-train as a guest room housekeeper and/or breakfast attendant is very helpful, and preference will be given to candidates open to multiple roles.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude that enhances guest interactions. Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
