Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
• Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, addressing guest inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and balanced.
• Prepare detailed reports on daily revenue, occupancy, and other operational metrics to support management decisions.
• Handle guest requests, resolve issues efficiently, and foster positive guest relations to enhance overall satisfaction.
• Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance and conducting routine safety checks around the property.
• Support front desk operations by managing reservations, updating guest information, and coordinating with housekeeping staff as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel experience, particularly in front desk or night audit roles.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems to ensure efficient operations.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for accurate financial and operational recordkeeping.
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high energy levels and professionalism.
• Familiarity with guest services, hospitality standards, and phone etiquette to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Prior experience in resort or hotel environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential. Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
