The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance work and possess excellent leadership skills to supervise and coordinate maintenance activities effectively. **Responsibilities:** - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment and machinery. - Utilize schematics and logic controllers to troubleshoot and diagnose issues. - Oversee facilities maintenance to ensure a safe and functional environment. - Conduct electrical work, including wiring, repairs, and installations. - Weld and fabricate metal components as needed. - Maintain accurate records using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). - Supervise maintenance staff and provide guidance when necessary. **Skills:** - Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance tasks. - Proficiency in electrical work and troubleshooting. - Strong leadership abilities to supervise a team effectively. - Ability to weld and fabricate metal components. - Experience with CMMS for efficient maintenance tracking. - Knowledge of facilities maintenance best practices. - Excellent communication skills for coordinating tasks with other departments. - Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
